How to Cancel
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
What Happens After Cancellation
- Access continues until end of billing period
- Remaining credits stay available until period ends
- No further charges will be made
- Account reverts to Free plan after period ends
Data Retention
- Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation
- You can export your data at any time
- Request full deletion via support if needed
Reactivating Your Account
Changed your mind? You can reactivate at any time:
- Log in and choose a new plan
- Previous settings are preserved (within 30 days)
- Generate new API keys if needed

We offer prorated refunds within 7 days of payment if you're not satisfied. Contact billing@kawaa.com.
