By accessing or using Kawaa's email verification service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Kawaa provides an email verification API that checks the validity and deliverability of email addresses. The Service includes syntax validation, DNS verification, MX record checks, and AI-powered analysis.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Harvest or collect email addresses for spamming purposes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Resell the Service without authorization

5. API Usage and Rate Limits

Your use of the API is subject to the rate limits and quotas associated with your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary suspension of access. API keys must be kept confidential and not shared publicly.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Accuracy of Results

While we strive for high accuracy, email verification results are provided "as is" without warranty. Email deliverability can change over time, and we cannot guarantee that verified emails will always be deliverable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kawaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
